This page explains what we collect when you use aiproofsaas.com, take the free scorecard, or buy the workshop, and what we do with it.

Who we are

AI-Proof SaaS is a product of Mozee LLC. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

What we collect

• The free scorecard: your first name, email and your score.
• When you buy: your name, email and what you bought. Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your card details.
• The community: what you share on Skool, under Skool's own terms.
• Website visits: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Our hosting keeps short technical logs to keep the site safe.
• Session recordings, only if you say yes: on the sales page we may ask to record how you scroll and click. Say yes and Microsoft Clarity records it, with a cookie, so we see where the page confuses people. It hides what you type. Say no, or ignore the question, and nothing gets recorded. To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser.

What we use it for

• To deliver what you bought: the sessions, recordings, community and support.
• To email you your result, receipts, cohort dates and updates about the workshop. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To answer you when you email us.

We don't sell your data. We don't use advertising cookies today. The only cookie we set is Clarity's, and only after you say yes. If that changes, we update this page first.

Who helps us

We use these services to run AI-Proof SaaS. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe: payments and receipts.
• MailerLite: emails.
• Cloudflare: hosting and cookie-free visit counts.
• Microsoft Clarity: session recordings, only after you say yes.
• Skool: the community.
• Zoom: the live sessions.
• Google Workspace: our support inbox.

Some of them store data in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you're on our list or in the community. Payment records stay as long as tax law requires. Ask us to delete the rest and we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop us using it. Email [email protected]. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the last change.
