These terms and conditions cover the AI-Proof SaaS Workshop. By paying, you agree to them. We kept them short and in plain words.

Who you buy from

AI-Proof SaaS is a product of Mozee LLC ("we", "us"). Questions: [email protected]. A human reads every email.

What you get

• 5 live sessions on Zoom, 2 hours each, at 9:00 ET / 15:00 CET.
• The recording of every session, yours to keep.
• Access to the private AI-Proof SaaS community, for life (see below).
• The Claude Code moat harness and the moat scorecard, inside the community.
• Live product audits every 2 weeks, 60 minutes, with Ivo.

Dates

A new cohort starts in the first week of every month. After you pay, we email you the exact dates and times of your cohort.

Price and payment

The price is $997, paid once. Stripe handles the payment. We never see or store your card details. Checkout may show the price in your own currency. Your bank may charge its own fees for that.

Refunds

Leave with your first product built, or it's free. Not happy for any reason? Email [email protected] within 30 days after the last live session of your cohort (Day 5) and you get every cent back. No questions. The refund goes back to the way you paid. After those 30 days, payments are final.

"For life"

Community access for life means for as long as we run the AI-Proof SaaS community. You don't pay again for it.

What you need

A laptop and Claude Pro, which includes Claude Code. Claude Pro costs $20 a month and you pay it to Anthropic, not to us. You also use Zoom and Skool, which have their own terms.

Using the material

The sessions, recordings, harness, scorecard and other material are ours. You can use them for your own work and your own products. Don't share, resell or publish them. What you build and the ideas you bring stay yours.

How we treat each other

Be respectful in sessions and in the community. We can remove someone who isn't. Refunds then follow the rules above.

No promise of results

We teach you how to pick, shape and build a product that is hard to copy. Any results we share, including Nedzo's, are our own results, not a promise of yours. What happens next depends on your idea, your market and your work.

Liability

We do our best to run every session as described. If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us for the workshop. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. The terms that applied when you paid keep applying to that purchase.
